About
The Center has been opened on the 9th of October 2010 and it aims at publishing an annual journal and collections of documents (docs basically on Soviet Moldavia). I know that the term Totalitarianism si considered by many in the West as outdated, misleading or a product of the Cold War. Nevertheless, I think that it is useful still. That does not mean that I think that Communism, Fascism and Nazism resembes more more differs (as Ernst Nolte does), but my assumptions is that the three are products of the same age and have to be studied in comparison in order understanding their different roots, mechanisms, and consenquences.
